Ryze makes no sense
His Q is a skillshot, but his W is a point and click snare which makes Q impossible to miss.

That's actually the point of the W being point and click o3o.
That's not the issue. The issue is that, in theory, you want to stand behind minions to block his Q, but in practice, doing that just gets you destroyed since he can E-Q the minions and hit you anyway for tons of damage.
