Making Vladimir viable
Alright I just want to make it clear. Vlad is in a worst state imo then he was prior to this rework. He still has all his same problems, but now he is actually even less mobile then he was before. Which honestly makes no damn sense.
My first suggestion about what they need to do to make him some what viable as a champion. Something needs to be changed on him for the better.
- They need to make remove the healing from his q and from his ult and take away the damage his e does to himself. Then on his q they need to do this. Add a 5 stacking mechnic like it is now but stacks to 5 and at the 5th stack he can get the rush buff and the buff lasts 5 seconds and does a heal to him also and bonus damage, but it can only be used on enemy champions for the bonus heal and damage proc.
If not first one then this one.
- They need to just remove all the damage he does to himself in general and remove all the healing he does. Just make him a pure c/d type champion that only relies on hp regen and pots to heal back up. Then remove the slow his e does to himself and keep everything the same.
If neither of those then this one.
- They need to Remove the slow his e does to himself. They need to just make the rush buff last 5 seconds in gerenal. Leave everything else the same.
If not any of these then I'll go to the last one.
- Increase his ranges for he can actually mid lane and isn't this slow short ranged mage who barely heals as much as a ADC with a vamp scepter.
Just do something with him that is better then wtf you did with this champion to begin. His play style is worse then it was before. He is hands down weaker due to the fact his aoe is actually shittier and cost more damage to himself to do. It just makes no damn sense how you are making this champion so shit. But then you leave people like ekko, yasuo in stats of infinite dashes, crits, healing, % base damages. Just absurb shit that you people keep creating while you piss on other champions for no damn reason.
