I need help

So last season i went silver and in my opinion i'm a decent player. But this season I'm stuck in the middle of bronze. It seems like every game I play there is an afk, a feeding bot lane, or its just an unfortunate lost. my win ratio last season was 60% this season it's 30. I was just looking for advice from someone who has been able to climb well this season.
