Personally just my opinion who thinks Nocturnes ult cooldown should be reduced. Takes way to long and you may just need the faster team fight and pick off potential. Just my opinion

The level 1 ult CD needs to be reduced for sure, level 2 maybe a little , level 3 not really.

his ult can use a bit more range at low ranks but not a lower cd since he his pretty strong as is
