Low level matchmaking is in need of a revamp

My account is lvl 11, and for some reason i had to verse a lvl 30 gold 4 , which makes no sense at all. I had a in my match aswell who for sure was smurfing but that really doesnt matter, and he kept saying this is all fair. A person who clearly has a HUGE advantage in the game, having much more experience in the game (the Vayne had more than 1k wins), has runes, has all the masteries should not be able to verse low levels. I understand that she is probably queing up with one of the low level, but thats doesnt mean she should verse a whole team of low lvls. Riot please do fix this problem cause many people come into the game wanting to learn and enjoy their match, but having such a bad matchmaking system such as this really drives new players away from the game. I hope people who see this do agree with me, because this should not be allowed.
