Kled is actually pretty balanced (Read before downvotes, haters)

So, I'm going say this. Many people predicted Kled would be some broken ass champion, who would become pick or ban, due to his tankiness, mobility and percent damage. But, many people don't realize one thing- he becomes next to useless when unmounted. He's extremely slow (unless he's chasing ya, god have mercy on you. His tankiness and mobility are removed from the equation, and his damage potential is massively decreased. While Riot says trading some autos is all it takes to get Skaarl back, it's much more difficullt in reality, and in lane, cs fills isn't as useful as you think it is. So, mounted Kled is extremely strong, while unmounted, he's a cannon minion. The skill of the player decides whether he is broken or not.
