When do you find out that your main role isn't for you?

Im Mid Plat Trying to main ADC. Isn't working out too well Ive been bouncing between plat 3-2. For the past 3 weeks I've been trying to learn it and with each loss I just say to myself that giving up isn't the option and with practice comes results but there isn't any. And I've been playing meta champs such as Ashe/Jhin/Lucian. here's my op.gg http://na.op.gg/summoner/userName=bang+jr Should I just stick to trying to be better or find a new role?

Just because you've plateaued doesn't mean you're bad at your role. Maybe try a few new ADCs (maybe ezreal, mf, or sivir) to view a different aspect of your play, because you're doing something wrong, it's just a matter of figuring out what.

Why dont you do the fifty game shuffle? play ten games with each role with champions that arent OP, but you think you would like.

Don't be discouraging.

You only find out your main role isn't for you if it doesn't suit your playstyle. If the role suits how you play, and you are comfortable and enjoy it then you are in the right role. That means basically just plateaued and need to find ways and tricks to improve your play instead.
