Sejuani after Aftershock and Stoneplate

I think Riot needs to take a hard look at Sejuani when they look at changing the numbers on Aftershock. Part of the reason she became so broken is because her passive had some ridiculous synergy with both Gargoyle Stoneplate and Aftershock.

With runes looking to be under review, I really hope they adjust her passive to something a little more than "Here's free stats for starting a fight". It basically is just aftershock but with a different trigger. A new passive and new ultimate are what I personally believe she needs, you could easily make her current E a skillshot to retain the theme of throwing a bola, however I think her old E (as flavourless as it was) was much more intuitive to her kit and didn't overload her with hard CC. Even though its not anywhere near as powerful as it used to be, her ultimate is still her main anchor as the balance team is unsure of how to juggle its power relative to her other abilities, so ultimately she suffers for it.

To be honest however, I am expecting the 'Riot Special' where Aftershock gets nerfed and Sejuani gets left in the dust, like she has been before each of her 2 reworks, but I would very much like this to not be the case. Would love for some discussion on potential updates that could be thrown her way.
