On pbe: malz r base damage nerf AND ap ratio 110 -> 80%.

Guess some people gonna push r to win less. xD

Are you happy?

Mild satisfaction. Doesn't really mean too much to me.

Seems like whenever somethings busted for a long time riot eventually just gives up on it and nerfs it so hard they don't have to deal with it anymore.

people are still going to whine from the %hp dmg

Leave it to Riot to avoid nerfing the actual problem areas of a champion because they don't want to admit their mistakes.

It could be a good nerf tbh cuz ur whole team shouldn't need to buy qss just cuz of one champs ability. Or least they should make qss build into an ap item also instead of just merc scim.

If Malz didn't have his current passive, there would be no need to nerf his ult at all. The only reason Riot won't change his passive is because doing so would mean they were wrong about the Malz rework. His ult isn't actually that strong; its perceived strength comes from the fact that he can use it while being invulnerable. If it were able to be interrupted as easily as, say, Nunu's ult, then no one would complain about Malz at all.

Since they nerfed his W ten thousand times, his ult is the only reliable ability he has. His Q is narrow and can be dodged easily; his E is a DoT, which means it's completely useless in any situation that's not a 1v1 because the support can just heal or shield the target (in addition to the ADC's pre-existing lifesteal). He only has 3 abilities right now, plus an extremely overloaded passive. But no, let's take more power out of his ult, because making a champion immune to damage and cc every 10 seconds is great gameplay!

pretty much this. As a former malz player i really dislike the way they reworked him. It solved no "problems" instead it created new ones, but because reverting changes is a nono in riot´s book they will just change everything else instead. Hate the new W and couldn´t care less about the passive. I just want old malz back.

the actual problem areas of a champion

You mean literally every aspect of the rework?
