A little love to my beloved ADC, Sivir! <3

This is a story of my one and only true love.

I've been a Sivir main since nearly season 5 and have dedicated a lot of hours to learn how to play her nearly the best to my ability. She falls into and out of the meta and I feel is a champion haunted by the worlds curse that is only seen in worlds due to her powerful utility as a team fighting champ mid to late game. Her late game potential is insane and although pretty basic in kit and play-style, she and I click in terms of kiting potential and positioning. I've fallen out of favor playing her for a while just due to the fact that she isn't that great right now. Her early laning phase can be pretty powerful, but I feel that if you can't get a lead in the early laning phase, you won't be able to do anything as Sivir until nearly 25-30 minutes into the game when you can get and . And even still, her early laning phase falls short since her E isn't nearly as responsive as I feel it used to be.

Example, laning against a as Sivir is usually pretty simple due to the fact that she can soak his Q with her E, but lately in games, it feels as if Sivir's E doesn't actually cast until nearly a half-second later, applying his Q passive and chunking me for a decent amount of health. This isn't the only example, just one that seems to come up a lot. Her E timing seems buggy recently and has really hit her in terms of laning potential.

Sivir's winrate/playrate is also abysmal. She has the lowest wr for any ADC and nearly the lowest playrate. She's fallen out of favor to the better ADC's and even the other auto/crit ADC's ( ) I'm seeing more and more often, where-as, if I play ADC and pick Sivir, it's the only time I'll see her. Buffing champion damage is dangerous since she has such a powerful pro-scene, but even giving her some more early/mid game power as well as some E fixing cannot that bad to me!

I'm not sure if Riot isn't touching her since crit items are being changed relatively soon and most likely is going to get a change with that and that will put Sivir is a better spot, but right now it's just sad to see her go from such a great versatile pick, to being the new Kalista. Even who received a drop in winrate with her Q change received a buff immediately after her winrate went down!

and for example, have poor winrates, but that's merely becuase they are played so freaking often! With Sivir, it's merely because she is and has been in a poor place in League.
