I am a player who likes to move. but i cant. I cant because slows are overpowered. Xerath slows me, and i go from 400 move speed to 230. That is ridiculous. I try running, even flashing, to no avail. I die. Nasus wither... 95% slow? I cannot move, and get +12'd by Nasus. Blade of The Ruined King slow, for 3 seconds? What on Earth is that. Nerf slows so that we may once again move.

I mean yeah you can build around them but that will just put you further behind damage and make you less useful. Also, cleanse and qss have a pretty long cooldown compared to the 5 second cd of everyone else's slow.
