Please don't bring "Duskblade of Draktharr" Item into the game for patch 6.3

You've recently tweaked some AD Assassins for 6.2 . Zed is still running rampant and the dust hasn't settled yet to have any data on the meta for 6.2 and yet you want to bring in this really experimental meta shifting item yet again when it doesn't need to happen. AD mid laners and assassins already have enough damage items (way more options than AP mid laners and assassins) and for this to be around 3200 gold that's really damn cheap for the stats:

75 AD 5% Movement Speed 10 Flat Armor Penetration

Active that does 90 plus 25% missing health damage and resets the cool down if you kill the target before that extra damage pops.

Also for Zhonya's Hourglass to be the only AP item that can counter AD mid laners and now this new mini Zed ult active there's just too many options for AD melees and even toplaners like Riven and Renekton will take this especially if you keep it at the low price it is on PBE. I really don't understand why this is happening so soon.

I personally feel like this needs a lot more revising like the changes you were going to make to Abyssal Scepter a while ago. Just wait Riot please I can't stand another 2 weeks of having to ban AD's again because I can't play anything else and tanks getting hit even more harder with more Flat Armor Pen items.
