There´s a really big issue with the matchmaking and it needs to be fixed ASAP.

So, I´m Gold 3 and I just had a game where my adc was a level 30 player and he literally said in the chat "1st ranked game". Obviously he got smashed and we ended up losing the game. I wanna know what the hell is going on, seriously, why are new players being placed on Gold elo games when they should be playing on elos like Iron and Bronze. Fix the matchmaking before season 10 starts for God´s sake.
