Riot... Why would you do this to the meta?? You basically Undid everything Leathality Intended to do

I spend quite a bit of time playing this game.. learning, watching replays, understanding patch notes, guides, etc... And with over 2000 games this season, I have seen most of the different meta's in detail.. We started out the year with everyone making fun of ADC's "#ADCin2017".. So YOU (Riot Games) come out and say that one of the things you are focused on this season is to make the ADC role relevant again... Which over the course of a patch or two, you usually do... But then the moment a champ (ADC) is ACTUALLY able to carry a game... It's a problem and you have to complete destroy the champion (unless that champion is Lucian or Jhin.........)..

Then mid-season comes the leathality changes, in hopes of slowing down the assassin snowball meta.. Leathality changes armor pen to more of a arm pen/level system.. Which at first wasn't as strong as you had hoped.. So you make a tweak to it... BOOM Things seem to be in sync!!!! You have one of the most diverse Metas the game has seen in awhile.. Now remember riot.. YOU said that you want to make the armor pen change to leathality in order to prevent excessive snowballing and ALSO give the other team a way to still be somewhat relevant even if they fall behind (by making the leathality scaling based on your target opponents level)..

But then... Patch 7.14 comes.... and with this patch.... you change leathality AGAIN.. But this time.. you basically UNDO everything that leathality was intended for in the first place... now it scales based on your own level (direct impact felt by bot laners).. on top of that you make the items have less ad, and only +3 leathality (again, another impact directly felt by bot lane sense those champs that used these items definitely want the 15AD over the 6 leathality.). You say that you don't want there to be cookie cutter builds for champions and roles.. yet by making items less viable for some groups of champs and making it more viable for others, you accomplish just that... "Only good ADC's right now are the ones who go IE + SHIV + RFC.. " Like come the F*CK on Riot...

And do you know what the game has become now???? Stupid team comps, adc/apc's getting blown up by champions with duskblade WITHOUT a chance to see them since nothing reveals stealth...

Just want you to be honest with us.. Do you actually realize that you lie with everything you say/change? Can you admit that these most recent changes bring us right back to where we were with Armor Pen? Before Leathality?

wait adc's have been weak? when? since season 1 up until now they have always been mandatory, that's not what I would call weak

Well I for one enjoy it because now it is actually useful versus those perma level 1 towers.

No, what's many don't understand is the new letha is weaker than arpen time. Even now, lethality scale to gain his full number.

They think seeing an assassin instagib someone with a bunch of mobility, is more exciting than a marksmen right clicking someone to death at range; problem is they never consider both are unhealthy when they can decide teamfights in two attacks.

Except that they did not do that. Lethality was meant to give only a part of the value as armor pen and let the other part slowly scale up as the game progresses.

IT STILL DOES THAT.

Important is that you don't get the full armor pen INSTANTLY when you buy the item.

Just stop talking about Lethality. I can't see this anymore. You make me lose my faith in human rationality. You really need to understand things first before you judge and start a massive rant that doesn't even have a solid basis.
