Nerf Vladamir

Ever since the mage update, Vlad has been doing butt smashing damage. It's like he's immune to death most of the time. If you were to beat Vlad in a trade in lane, he simply just heals off of a minion and goes back to full hp tilting people harder then the leaning tower of pisa, especially when he has crimson rush. Not only that but his aoe ability, tides of blood, destroys minion waves and in team fights destroys hp. Lastly sanguine pool is literally so annoying it makes me want to punch my monitor. He just escapes all danger, and denies so many abilities. If you go Vlad with , you just run away from every problem you ever have but a global ult once you've used it that is, otherwise you'll just pool and watch as the ult hovers you.
