R8 my build m8

I don't play Kha'zix as much as I used to but normally I got something along these lines subbing one or two items depending on the flow of the game (ap dominance, tank city, etc) / / Jg: Lane: / With these sets I usually do well but I'm just wondering if maybe I could do better? also I run exhaust instead of say an ignite, because I don't believe in myself early game and need it to support my duels top lane and not think I will die immediately
