PSA: Ban lucian every game

Since 8.3 I have had COUNTLESS lucians on my team and every single one is god awful and feeding. Start banning this champ if your team is hovering him. I go on a 13 win streak on my plat account. then i get 2 lucians in a row who are so fucking heavy

Look up the Player and Dodge if he is bad?
