What should my MMR be if I want to get placed in silver?

So I managed to end last season in Silver 4, and I want to not have to climb out of bronze AGAIN, so I kinda wanna just get my MMR as high as possible to get placed in silver next season.

But I know that you always get placed lower than your previous rank, so disregarding my placement win rate, what MMR should I go for to have a good chance of getting placed silver next season? (Just a rough minimum)

You are 100% guaranteed to be placed in bronze, unless you win your first 5 games or so in provisions (even then).

Riot WANTS you to be in bronze. Because Riot WANTS you to play 100 games before you get to your true rank. You want Gold 5 MMR if you want to get placed silver.

If you have a solid mmr, then where your placed doesn't matter because you will quickly climb/fall to where you belong; by my side.

at ur current I think, you'll 100% get bronze unless u somehow win all ur placement games
