Hey league community! I was wondering what everyone's opinion on the new Black Cleaver is -- particularly regarding the common top laners that take it. I haven't been on the PBE so I haven't got a chance to try it yet. I usually see Riven picking up brutalizer as a second or third item and eventually building cleaver. As a frequent player of Garen and Wukong I'm curious if the new Black Cleaver would work better with their spins. What does everyone think?
It is pretty fucking awesome on riven.
My build is to maximize her movement speed and CDR all the while retain her AD
+ defensive item
Honestly I can out run flash at this point. Which literally gave me the option to take and more aggressive summoner spell combination like Exhaust and Ignite.
Granted I will say LCS level of play will never see this, but for solo ranked, it is pretty freaking cool.
I think tanks are going to be required to go cinderhulk smit/tp and riven/wu are going to rush it for some of the most bullshit levels of mobility seen since URF Leblanc.
is gonna be back in the meta for sure.
