Hextech Crafting | What happens if u get the same Hextech-Exclusive Skin two times?

Hello Guys,

I recently opened some of the new Project Skin Capsules where there is the possibility to recieve Hextech-Exclusive Skins, lucky as I am i actually got Lancer Zero Hecarim, which I sadly already own? So is there anything, except rerolling it, that I can do with it ? I even would gift it someone else but I dont want to reroll it for 350 Orange Essence. Can i aks Riot to maybe exchange it for like Hextech Annie or so ? :D Just asking.
