Poachers Knife idea??

I've been thinking it would be cool if poachers knife placed a debuff on the camps you smite in the enemy jungle (doesn't need to kill it) that causes an increased respawn timer on the camp. Something like "The next time this camp is cleared it takes an extra ??? seconds to respawn"
