Team Builder

Hey. Just wondering, is team builder gone for good?! I really enjoyed that system because it allowed me to get practice in specific champions and not get the chance to get banned or get a different role. I really like dynamic queue in rated but I would really enjoy seeing that specific champion queue coming back, it really helps a lot! I've been constantly trying to get practice on a champion but I always end up getting the wrong role or champion banned, and that is pretty much the only reason I even queued normal games!

Thanks in advance!
