How do I play as Lucian?

I'm trying to learn how to play as an ADC, mainly . I need some tips for a build that could work and how to actually play as him.

To farm well with much ad, you must learn to learn to last hit when building ap. That is your first lesson. For your second lesson, you must learn how to finish cull in less than 12 mins.

Starting Cull is pretty terrible; Lucian is a lane bully so foregoing 80 health and 3% life steal is very inefficient.

Don't start Cull on Lucian ever, you need to use your early pressure to assert dominance in lane, Doran's Blade will help you with this. Don't start Cull on anyone if you're just learning the role. It looks attractive, but the ADC with the Doran's Blade will destroy you. I used to play Lucian a lot, but that's back in Season 5 and I don't remember my build, sorry :l

Almost all adc champs, I usually play a farm lane until I get a BF sword.

Any time I try to learn a champion/role, I look up a good player and try to learn from them. Pretty much every single pro ADC plays Lucian, so take your pick; my go-to is Deft, but pretty much anyone can give you the basics.

That's a good basics.

While playing try to be brave and start with E if in a 1on1 situation, in teamfights try not to go out of position for someone and stay at the edge of the enemy team hitting who you can. You have short range so believe in your team to make up for it.
