i don't like that CD masteries are split in 3 trees

to get the best CD u cant because ULT cd is in domination, transcendence is in sorcery, and then the 5% cd all is in inspiration

plz fix this. so wonky and inconsistent! NO LIKE!

Honestly the should have one cdr rune and that is it. Cdr should be a star that you have to intentionally build instead of it coming on every item as a bonus

It’s done on purpose so people can’t just be packing a ton of cdr just straight from runes. 10% from transcendence, 5% from inspiration and if you take minor runes that’s even more. Yeah it doesn’t look like a lot but imagine it on someone who does 2 lethality items.
