NA server issues, but no information?

Okay so the NA servers are clearly having a problem and have been for about a good hour now but there has been 0 word from Riot on server status page, I realize worlds is going on but you can't honestly be neglecting the player base in NA just to focus on worlds entirely, that's poor business practice. At least tell us what the heck is going on over there, this is frustrating as hell.
