Quick cast and quick cast with quickbind UI indicator.

Please change these from one or the other to a toggle-able 3 option system. Have every spell be able to cycle through 3 different options, standard, quick case, and UI quickbind. I've been playing a lot of recently and his Ultimate X is suuuuuuuuuuper easy to miss without the UI indicator, however his E is absolutely ridiculous to use with the UI toggled on. Please please please can we have the option to chose for each ability instead of all or nothing? And while we are at it can we get custom quick cast settings for different champs? it is quite unintuitive to have to change your settings form game to game.
