Kled and Why Skaarl Should Have a Cooldown

I was playing a game against Kled today, and I really hate Kled so much. Every five seconds when Skaarl ran away, Kled used his attack speed ability. Every 4 attacks, Skaarl would come back immediately. Why does he gain so much courage every time he presses W? Why does Skaarl spawn at 100 courage? Why does Kled have so much health on Skaarl more than he actually does? Why is Kled so OP whenever he presses W once? Why is it on a short AF cooldown? Why does Kled do too much damage? The player built not even 2 full items, and he could shred half a champion's health in 4 attacks. [zombie-brand-clap]

Skaarl has a cooldown
Kled has limited health off Skaarl
Kled deals less dmg off Skaarl
You dont "press" w its a ***ing passive
Kled off Skaarl has 2 abilities (if you consider w to be ability)
This is why you are bronze

You show clearly that you have no idea about how Kled functions.

Like some pointed out already, his W is a passive effect. He doesn't activate it himself. So if he just attacked minions with it to farm, it is on CD.

Additionally, since your title is that Skaarl should have a CD: Skaarl does have a CD. If Kled just remounted Skaarl, he is unable to do so again for 30 seconds.

Kled gets courage for every attack. With W he can attack 4 times with the 4th shot doing more damage, but he does less damage when dismounted. If you are letting him hit you 4 times, you are giving him the courage he needs to remount. If he can walk up to you without Skaarl, hit you 4 times and shoot you, he should get some kind of reward Your fear = his courage.

I inted playing kled and got a solo triple kill when I was 0/15 so I think he needs a nerf.

W is a passive ability on him and after one attack he has like 3 seconds to get the others off or it goes on a CD (its not that short till late game)
