Low Elo Jungler

I'm relatively new to League (several months now, less than a full year) and I'm maining shyvana jg. In general, I play with silver and on occasion gold and plat players (normals). But I've been struggling to win games with shyv since most games, a laner or two feeds before I can gank them, and then rage quits because I haven't ganked them once. They feed when I'm pre-6. Then the enemy laner, and on occasion jungler, carries the game and my team looses. I know that people don't always take things seriously in normals, but if ranked will be anything like this, are there any relatively cheap hard carry junglers for low elo? Any advice accepted and much appreciated.

if ur team is good gank them with shyv if ur team ist rash afk farm and 1v5

Udyr can hard carry because you can gank, or if your team is a bunch of shitters, you can afk split push. Shyvanna is also good at hard carrying, especially at low elo. At two items, you can 1 v 5 their team.

You dont gank w Shyv so dont play her like one. You have the fsatest clear out of any jungler so clear your side, invade and solo dragon. When you invade their jungler is either there and you can kill them = none of your lanes are getting ganked, or you take his jungle = enemy jungler falls behind.

I've had some success latley with Xin Zhao...He is simple straightforward does good early damage and can really help get the lanes ahead while still keeping his farm up. And if you can get ahead early he had a good enough mid game to carry if you don't let it go to long.
