Veigar's rework is just the thing this game needed IMO
Completely necessary, and a breath of fresh air for this otherwise struggling game.

well it might be a breath of fresh air but riot had balanced and nerfed veigars entire kit to be balanced around that stun now that it's not instant his dark matter is almost impossible to land so now he has potentially lost two spells for the sake of Q farming
