OLAF Great toplaner. blows up people like teemo and riven with his insane Q poke. TRUE DAMAGE. lifesteal and attack speed. ult have over 9000 uses. easy enough to play... or is he? I main olaf top, but sometimes the builds i use just dont cut it against insane people like illaio and fiora, they just shatter your defences and out- duel you. plus he could use a better escape, just throwing his Q behind him doesnt cut it sometimes. ghost is good on him, but its not up a lot of the time when you need it: its either use it to chase when your ult speed doesnt cut it ( which it will, a lot, especially lategame), or to escape ( which you need to.) is my go-to items for him. seems too expensive to have good use as your Q is already plenty of AOE damage. maxing your Q is usually the go-to strategy for the slow+poke, but mana runs out fast. just hunting for tips here! :) and thanks if you do comment [slayer-jinx-catface]

He's a Juggernaut, he's not meant to have a escape, he's meant to be on the frontlines causing havoc.

If you're having Mana issues, try building Frozen Heart, or even IBG (I've never actually tried this on him but it could be decent).

I think he's a fair better Jungler then Top Laner but to each their own.

Yeah I like Olaf as well he's such an easy diver that does easy damage and being immune to cc just makes the job easier. I usually go cleaver if I pick up early kills to snowball and it helps with dueling (even though you're good 1v1 early) just a more better way to snowball.

Not sure about Hyrdra or DD but yeah love Olaf as well, not to mention you get an instant 100 AD from your ult which is insane.

I play Olaf jg, and i tend to have 2 builds depending on the comps item 1401 item 3047 item 3748 item 3071 item 3742 item 3153 or item 3026 I like taking this vs People like Ashe/Jhin item 3065 item 3193 item 3075 or Sometimes you just cant afford to be a huge damage threat and your team needs a fatty..

obv none of these are concrete and you have to adapt for what you need.. But generally speaking Olaf tends to do best vs teams who rely on CC. (which usually means they don't have a lot of damage/dmg threats) If you are vs a team that is full of damage then you need to be tanky or you will melt. :P
