New Chat Option

I think that instead of being able to enable all chat in game, we should have to enable and disable it through email or the League of Legends website. That way for the people that are toxic and sometimes cant help themselves, this would be the thing for them. I feel like this would also help clean up the community and help the toxicity. You guys/girls should really look into something like this. Guarantee their would be positive affects. Thank you.
