New game balance

One thing I will finally acknowledge: Riot has at last succeeded in restoring some of the game length and tanks are more viable again. I'm even seeing some teams with 3 tanks, and winning, yet they don't seem too strong in most cases. While there are still balance issues, (and my main seems to have taken a hit with the last patch), most of the classes seem more balanced than they have in years. Adcs and assassins aren't too strong (again, with some exceptions, but the same goes for every class). Most bruisers besides riven seem to be inline. Yorick seems a little too strong though, but that could just be personal experience.
