New item idea for better lane facing!

I was thinking about item that would make lane facing more interesting. What if you added a mana regen item that you have to put down (like Zz'Rot Portal) and can be destroyed by enemy champions. This item would possibly boost mana regen and/or maybe boost defence stats to nearby champions. In my opinion it is hard to play mana dependant players early(and even late) especially after mana potions were taken, this would be great item, both make lane facing more exciting and could be a solution for mana depending players!
