Reports and penalties

We as a community need a new and functional penalty system. Like 90% of the processes are made my computers. 90% of penalties are from negative attitude/flame. We can report a troller for feed and feed but he never gets banned. And have a chat restriction is not a penalty we need. We need harder penalties like 3 days ban into 7 days 2 weeks and perma ban. But the problem here is... you can't ban people through computers. Some times when u say fu** or something like that you are not flaming but the computer can not distinguish since computers can not analyze the context. And even with a perma ban toxic players and trolls can always creat one more account and do it all again. We really need a better ban system where are people analyzing the cases and banning. If really needed don't ban the account but the IP.

Hope someday we get a really good ban system
