Leaving champ select -_-

I understand losing lp for leaving champ select because it wouldnt be fair if someone just kept leaving and not lose lp. But when you got two trolls in rank wanting to go kog maw jungle and draven jungle, i think the penalty should be only like 5 lp when leaving a champ select because losing 10 is almost like losing a game and having to wait 30 mins after leaving a 2nd time ... i think that's enough punishment ...
