You keep legitimately destroying my favorite champion and now he is completely unplayable with ANOTHER nerf. the whole point of your update was to make him stronger late game and now you reversed that. STOP MESSING WITH HIM WHEN YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO BALANCE HIM! Can you nerf someone like Darius or Yasuo who get banned 95% of the time?

Tbh, he was already destroyed when he unnecessarily first got updated. I'd rather have him reverted like Kog'maw's.
Darius has one of the most healthy/balanced reworks alongside Warwick, no idea what's your beef on him. Yasuo on the other hand is scheduled for some kind of update in the future in order to make him less frustrating to fight against.
Remove Malz's current passive and replace it with Talon's old passive. Amplify Malz's damage to targets which are silenced, slowed, stunned, or suppressed.
This moves his damage away from a simple E + W. It amplifies damage if he can pull off the E + Q combo. It synergizes well with Rylais and Liandries. His ult combo also strongly benefits, although also gets countered by QSS which wouldn't stop the beam damage but would stop his passive from amplifying it.
A single point and click E wont deal that much damage.
This allows Riot to reduce his base ability damages while allowing mid Malz to still deal significant damage if played and built well.
