Expiration timers.

I often play champions like shaco,rek'sai,yasuo and more.These champions have timers on their abilities (how often they can use them on enemies)Yasuo dash,rek'sai knockup,shaco's backstab and timer on shaco's ult.I do not see these timers.I don't know how to make it so i can see them.Is this a bug?Please help and tell me how i can make these timers appear. Thanks. :D
