Jungling (5's and SoloQ)

I've been playing league for a quite a while now and I a decent amount of experience laning and winning in lanes (specifically mid and bot lane). Recently, however, I have wanted to create a team for a tournament with a few friends and I need to fill a jungle role. I was wondering if anyone with jungle experience (preferably in ranked teams) or just skilled jungling could help me and provide some pointers with how to jungle, manage vision control, and map pressure.
