So i saw alot of people do jungle and when they are doing it like in early game i see they give 1 basic then go little bit back and then come back and give more basic and so on is it to avoid the camp damage or something i never understood it when you give a basic go a little bit back and then come to the camp monster again and give more basic

They do it to dodge the creeps' autoattacks.

Anyways, it's called kiting. It's not to dodge the damage. It just reduces the amount of damage you take. It's because the creeps have a slightly faster attack speed than most champions starting out. This means that while they are waiting for the half a second to be able to attack again, they walk back to make the creep move and reduce the amount of attacks they take in return.

For characters with sustain, fast early clear, or just tanky as hell... it does not matter as much. But for squishier champions like Kindred, Lee, Kah'zix, etc... they need to use this technique so they won't be low by the time they hit level 3.

what a lot of people do is bring jungle camps out. for example, they feel like there is a ward near on side, they bring the monsters as far away from them as they can
