Can you get emotes through Chests/Loot?

If not honestly this is probably tbe most scummy thing I've seen with riot in a while. I get it, the artists worked hard on them, and ya'll gotta make a business and shit but these things are way overpriced for a bit of flair. I'd do 100rp at most.
