What 4800 champion should I buy?

First off I'd like to say that this is a smurf account so please do not say "do not buy high skillcap champs as you are low lvl." Anyways.I main jungle/top and I'm also a decent ADC.From the 4800 champs I have Riven,Talon and Volibear. I've had my eyes on Fiora, Vayne and Jarvan. Now,I played Fiora a couple of times on my friends account and I really liked her.She has a high amount of DMG and on top of that is a bruiser so she doesn't get blown up very quickly. Her ult is also gamechanging at times. Also has good waveclear and splitpushing abillity. Vayne is a tank shredder and also has alot of kiting potential and on top of that deals painful amounts of DMG,especially late game.Jarvan..don't know much about him.
