Just a little curious why it is that ziggs got mega nerfed a while ago for his wave clear being too strong but now you have viktor who does the equivalent of ziggs full combo to a wave with just his death ray and not to mention how strong he is other than that and he's just out there tcb

And then you realize his early/mid game has a nerf on PBE (and has for a while)...and you feel silly.

Because death lazar isn't on a 3 sec cd, and he also doesn't have 3 other AOE abilities.
