Minimum champion level for rank games!

Hey everyone! I would like to reach out to the League of legends team with the suggestion of using a required champion level system into ranked games. Personally i found it frustrating that players in any elo bring first time champions into rank games. By applying this system we would achieve a good impact on the smurfs and also secure our game that the player knows the champion well enough to know how to farm, kite, and combo with them. Please let me know what do you guys thing if you are against it or for it. Kind regards Powerer

This makes smurfing harder, and riot needs as many accounts as possible

I've made this suggestion before. People don't like it.

Bad idea. It would make smurfing awful for people who have 100,000 mastery points on a champ on their main account, but only 50 mastery points on their smurf.

Also, mastery points isn’t indicative of skill.

Also, the PBE exists where people practice new champions before they get released on the main servers.

Overall, awful idea.

I honestly think it's fair to apply this idea up to, let's say silver 2/1 (just an assumption)? The rest below don't have the sufficient capability, game knowledge and mechanics to use first time champs in ranked.
