Heimerdinger

I really like Heimer and think that he became really nice with the rework and he acctually became viable but then he got really nerfed and once again he is rarely seen anymore sadly. One of the problems i find in him is majorly his stun really, it is practically impossible to hit and as it is now his towers arent very good protection if he gets killed in a second by Kata or Zed or others in meta mid champs. Thats pretty much it I guess except for the fact that Sion can scream at Heimers ult turret to knock it back even though it is supposed to be immune to CC... not nice Sion :I
