What is the maximum %armor pen armor reduction and lethality?

Hey I am trying to get maximum %armor pen armor, reduction, and lethality. First at all Darius E gives him passive %armor pen which is max %35 and the max of %armor pen is %50 so one of the last whisper item will be enough for getting %50. Black cleaver gives %24 armor reduction and it is the only item that gives armor reduction. And the maximum lethality we can get is; duskblade’s passive gives 24 percent, ghostblade’s passive gives 18, and night’s edge’s passive goves 18 but there is more lethality items than these three, first at all serrated dirk’s passive gives 10 lethality but i am not sure it works with other lethality items, other than that we have spectral cutlass and sword of divine as we know both of these items are removed from the game so maximum lethality we can get is (If the nexus blitz comes back) 106 with duskblade, ghostblade, serrated dirk, spectral cutlass , sword of divine, and night’s edge. But we can’t get any of last whisper or black cleaver with these items so which will be 78 with last whisper and black cleaver. At the final stats we will have %50 armor pen, %24 armor reduction, and 78 lethality, with these stats a person with a 100 armor we can reduce 140 of his armor. If i made something wrong here please tell me in the comments.
