Hey I was just wondering if my preseason rank will be visible to anybody. I know u don’t get any of the preseason rewards and your preseason placements only effect where you start your placements next season, but will I get ank kind of ranking during preseason. Normally when you finish your placements you get a “starting off in (blank division )” notice after your last game. Do you even get one of these during the preseason?
When you finish your 10 placement matches, you'll get a rank yes, and it'll be visible to anyone who looks you up until the end of preseason.
Your "season 7" rank will remain unchanged (e.g. unranked) regardless of where you end up in the preseason, and your rank will be reset at the end of preseason, at which point there would be no obvious way for people to see what you were during preseason (people could probably dig into your match history and infer it if they really wanted to), as most look ups only include end of season ranks and ignore preseason.
