Question upon general game balance and play of the game.

I have been playing for a while now and there are many trends that I have seen that garner some degree of anger from the community. The hot button issue now of days is the game balance (or the perceived lack there of) along with the high mobility/constant power creep that is present in the game. I have learned the game using, veigar, nasus, soraka, karma, and heimer mainly then I picked up Udyr. There have been many balance changes over time that have happened in the game that I have agreed with and vehemently disagreed with. When posting online the response from rioters is usually something is toxic (though not thoroughly explained) and regardless of what the players say on how they want a character to operate they will remove it or rework it and not revert any changes on those reworks. Karma is a good example, the Soraka rework is another good example of loud public outcry from the champion rework that turned a niche pick who could get into a fight to an annoying back line mage that is even more un-interactive than before the rework because she will die to a calm breeze. It feels as consumer of the game that our feedback is not valid until something catastrophic happens. So what would have to happen for the company to here that the players don't want certain changes in order for them to revert it. Players in the PBE said they didn't want the Veiegar E changes... but nothing happened. Players who read the patch notes didn't want it to happen. It seems there is public outcry to revert the changes though some have given up on that and are trying to find solutions to a problem they never asked for. Many people have become bitter at the whole situation... and some are turning away as it seems like a long list of public outcry from fans for certain game balances are usually ignored if not asked in the nicest for possible. So I will ask again, what do us as consumers have to do in order for your balance team to here out our concerns before releasing changes that none of us want? And is it possible to go back and revert some changes that people didn't want in the first place.

I am honestly concerned with not only the game health, but the health of the balance team. It seems that many buzz words are thrown around like toxic, unhealthy, etc., and that is just taken as law. What are the other dissenting opinions in the balance team and are they heard out or is it more of a corporate mentality where there is one guy who is considered the golden child? As a community member I would love to see those discussions and for there to be a more open process with the community where members could look at that one guy making a ill thought out idea (75s... sorry I had to let that one go) and say no that's not really a good idea. Veigar Thanks for reading my concern
