It's a spellcast although in procs on hit effects, no?

You want DFT to get nerfed? That's what happens to things when Ez procs them with Q.

Didnt you answer your own question with "procs on hit effects"? 
Ezreal's Q is literally an autoattack that can't crit and is a skillshot.
