Buying an Elixer after full build
It would be great if, after you reach full build, you could still buy an elixer and just have it instantly consumed. Any input?

You already can!
Limit one elixer at a time, as always, though.
Its always been that way. If your inventory is full, you will instantly use an elixer if you buy one. Which can be a bit disadvantageous since you can't use it instantly before a fight to get maximum benefit from it.
You can. If you have full build and are dead, it won't let you consume one. But once you spawn you can consume an elixir
