Katarina changes - good or bad?

Hello everyone! So, I wanted to ask any katarina players or katarina main players, what do you think about changes? Is she still playable? In my experience, she is quite bad now, she cant really poke, other midlaners can easely poke her out easely early game, she can't go in few enemies and wreack havoc. ist easy to dodge her pasive and if early katarina lands on her blade with shunpo, it still has 2 seconds cooldown, so enemy has all the time he needs to deal much more dmg to you than you want... Curently I'm diamond 4 player, before restart, so its kinda hard to play with her, i think its easyier at lower ranks, but still - i think she is very bad now.. Don't know, maybe it's just me :) Tell me your thoughts.

Before the Kat update, she's the only champ I used. I loved her old mechanics. I have over 200k with her. She's terrible now. She lost A LOT of her speed, and appeal. Her combos are sluggish. I won't be using her ever again, too bad. Her speed just isn't the same. The new W is horrible-it's basically the old W with a time delay. She's much more situational. Her Q bounces less. Overall HUGE nerf. Please bring back the old Katarina!

somehow i think so too, but yea - katarina now is more like dps champ, she deals dmg later on, but you have to deal that dmg in 2 seconds somehow, or you can burst just very low hp champions.

I really feel like her W is quite weak. I thought you'd be able to toss the dagger at range where you wanted it to be but you're forced to drop it where you are standing.

It just feels like a nerfed version of her Q.

She is fucking trash. Why the hell couldnt they fucking retards at riot just leave one champ that all you hve to do is mash your forehead on the keyboard? "Her laning phase was bad" DOEST FUCKING MATTER WHEN SHE JUST MEANDERS BOT TO GET A DOUBLE! For the love of christ. What the actual fuck were they thinking when they remade this bitch? Who the fuck is going to go near a red dagger sticking out of the fucking ground? You still only have your q during laning and now it hits fewer targets and doesnt leave a mark. They took a super fun champ and raped the fuck out of her. Now she is a pain in the ass to play and she isnt fun. Will I get my RP back for the skin i got? Nope becuase riot doesnt give a fuck.

She has change pretty drastically. I would like to reserve judgement for a few weeks as numbers will balance out and we can see. Right now I am going to say she can be strong but will be a lot harder to learn...........

Maybe, sometimes, then i got a good combo, it feels like old kata, but it is hard to do. And then she gets in sticky situations(allmost everytime, then you are out of posiotion) - you have no way of escaping if on one is around - either flash ir use w to move away somehow.

I think you are supposed to QWE on her. Use the W dagger as an escape.

Are you all fucking kidding me? Oh its probably the fact that she now actually requires mechanical skill to play instead of button mashing (I have mastery 7 on Kata on my main) so now she is "weak". L U L !!! She is waaaay more fun to play, has a TON of outplay potential, yes her laning phase is so fucking bad its not even real, but late game is crazy strong and she doesnt get rekt by just 1 stun like before since now you can actually plan your escape as well as your attack. For trash players this is huge nerf, for godlike players this is something on another level, I wouldnt be surprised to see her in LCS even honestly...
